General Information

I have been working at Cambridge Primary School for a number of years and love it!

Recently Mike and I took 6 months off school and explored the South Island in our camper van, ticking off the Routburn and Kepler Tracks with our two younger children, then swaying about in the Bay of Islands dodging the cyclones!

We are very lucky to have a team of passionate staff who love their workplace and think outside the box to ensure that we offer fun quality education to all. I enjoy challenging and coaching our staff to be the best they can be.

Mike and I have a large family and enjoy spending time together with them all. I originate from South Canterbury and love getting back down south or up to the far north during school holidays. I love all sports and have a competitive streak in me! I am a former NZ Representative Rower and Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic Netball player. Being active and exercising each day allows me to be thankful for what I have.

I look forward to getting to know you and your child/ren during your time with us at Cambridge Primary School.

General Information

I have been teaching since 2007 and at Cambridge Primary School since 2013. I am one of our school's Deputy Principals and our school’s SENCo (Special Education Needs Coordinator).
I am married to Ryan who has two older children. Together we have Ally and Wyatt. All of our children have attended CPS! We have a British Bulldog- Dozer. He gets up to lots of mischief. I grew up and my family still resides in Kerikeri, Bay of Islands. I enjoy hanging out with my family, going to the beach and wakeboarding at the lake in my spare time. My favourite season is Winter; nothing beats walking along the beach after a storm, smelling the salt air and looking for treasure the ocean has left on the sand.

I look forward to getting to know your children and their families better.
