Team Leader Rutherford - Teacher - Room 4- Yr 5/ 6
Teacher - Room 5 - Yr 5/6
I am currently teaching a year 5/6 class in Rutherford Syndicate.
I have held management positions in the past but decided that I enjoy being in the classroom best.
I love being with the children, introducing them to new things and watching their excitement as they discover what a wonderful world we live in.
I enjoy all subjects but my passions would be art and maths.
Out of school I enjoy, travelling, fishing, painting and cake decorating.
Every year I take on a new project, eg. last year it was metal jewellery making and at present it's gully restoration.
Next year, who knows?

Kia Ora, my name is Sacha Marnoch.
I am a primary school teacher by day, with a passion for singing and performing in my own time. I have a huge passion for sharing my musical abilities, with all my tamariki. I enjoy teaching about singing, songwriting and encouraging kids to find their musical talent within. I believe this often builds a lot of confidence.
I am excited to be starting a new chapter, in my teaching journey, at Cambridge Primary School. The children and the staff are very friendly, caring and welcoming. I am in the Rutherford Syndicate.
Teacher - Room 6 - Yr 4/5
Hi, my name is Mitchell Pettit and I started teaching in the Hillary syndicate in term 4 of 2017. My involvement with the school started in 2013, as I worked with the Four Peaks team at Out of School Care and I have also relieved throughout the syndicates.
I'm looking forward to getting to know the new faces in my class and their families. I am passionate about making learning authentic, meaningful and fun.
Out of school, I enjoy diving, travelling, water skiing and in winter you will find me at the rugby grounds.
I am always keen for a chat, so please come and say hello!
Rutherford Teacher - Room 2 Yr 5/6
Kia ora, my name is Anna O'Brien and I am thrilled to be teaching Room 2 in the Rutherford's Syndicate. I am excited to begin my teaching journey here at Cambridge Primary School.
This year Room 2 children are fortunate to have the support of both Lisa Smith and I. We enjoy direct and open communication to ensure the classroom runs smoothly for our learners. I look forward to helping our students grow and develop throughout the year.
In my spare time I love spending time with my young family and our friends, getting into the bush to run and tackling family adventures. Before training as a teacher, I was a Chartered Accountant, working in New Zealand and the UK.
